With barbecue season just around the corner, a maker of gas grills and accessories sold at Lowe’s, True Value Hardware and Sam’s Club is closing its doors.

Fiesta Gas Grills, based in middle Tennessee, is filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy with debt of more than $35 million. The company lists only $15,000 in assets, and company officials predict there will be little left for creditors, reported the Nashville Business Journal.

The biggest company to lose out could be Wolfedale Engineering, a company that makes portable propane gas cylinders for the grills made by Fiesta.

Fiesta is owned by Onward Manufacturing, a Canadian company that owns several popular lines of gas grills. Onward only recently acquired Fiesta, which was sold in 25,000 stores across the U.S., in 2010.
